How to Book Your Rental
To get started with your rental, follow the instructions below. If you have any questions you want to ask before renting a car with us, please call or email us here with your inquiry.
1. How does it work?
We've kept our rental process simple and our policies at a minimum — all to ensure that you can spend less time filling out paperwork and more time enjoying our cars.
Once the 50% deposit has been made, our Driver will contact you immediately to schedule a day, time, and location.

1. Does Done Deal Digital require a security deposit?
No — but you will be supervised by our driver at all time.
2. What services do you provide for Delivery?
We want to make your experience as convenient as possible with delivery and pick-up brought to your video set. All delivery arrangements must be made 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee you receive your vehicle on time.
3. Do you charge a fuel surcharge if we bring back a car with less gas than you provided in the vehicle?
All vehicles must be returned with the same amount of gas that provided to the rental at the time the rental car was released. We will provide you with 3/4 of a tank of gas or more on your rental vehicle.
